I decided to take a picture of my back today so I could compare it to any future definition I gain on keto.

I’ve never actually looked that closely at my back and was surprised to find it full of muscles. I really only lift when I am at home with my family and even then I mostly just do arm workouts to reach the muscles I don’t normally train with my regular push ups. 

My only guess is that as a nanny, I pick up children on a regular basis. Who knew it was making me stronger! Can’t wait to see if I can actually build up my back a little more.
